1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the GA444 website and mobile application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using any GA444 services.

GA444's Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, a full Bengali translation is always kept up to date for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between GA444 and the user. GA444 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

2 Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on GA444, users must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years must be.
• Use of GA444's services must be legal under the laws of the user's country of residence.
• In the user's name only One Account Only may remain.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The user must not have been previously banned by GA444.

2.2 KYC Verification Process

To process large withdrawals on GA444, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed. You will need to submit a copy of one of the following government-issued ID documents:

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

GA444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and USDT. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit ৳200।
• Deposits must be made from the user's own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is usually updated within 5–15 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• GA444 reserves the right to review any withdrawal for security purposes.

4 Betting Rules & Regulations

4.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed on GA444, it cannot be cancelled. A confirmed bet means the system has successfully accepted it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account. GA444 bears no responsibility for bets placed by mistake.

4.2 Odds Changes

GA444 reserves the right to change the odds for any event at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes will not apply to that bet.

4.3 Match Postponement or Cancellation Policy

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and does not resume within 48 hours — the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Once a match has started and the minimum required play time has been completed (at least 5 overs in cricket), bets will be settled based on the result up to that point.

4.4 Maximum Win Limit

GA444 reserves the right to set maximum win limits for each event and game. Any winnings exceeding the set limit will be automatically capped. These limits are clearly stated on the platform.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All GA444 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the terms applicable to that bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires a 5x–30x wagering requirement — this is clearly stated on each bonus page.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Applicability: Each bonus is applicable only once per household, IP address, or device.
• Changes: GA444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GA444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software on the betting system.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in arbitrage betting.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.

If such activity is confirmed, GA444 will forfeit all balances, permanently close the account, and report the matter to law enforcement where necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming

GA444 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is a source of entertainment only when done in a controlled and mindful way. That's why GA444 offers users a range of voluntary protection tools:

• Daily / Weekly Betting Limit: You can set your own daily or weekly maximum betting limit.
• Cool-off Period: You can temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: To permanently self-exclude from GA444, submit a request to Support — exclusions can be applied for 3–6 months or permanently.
• Reality Check: A reminder message will appear at regular intervals to let you know how long you have been playing.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between GA444 and a user, both parties must first attempt to resolve it directly through our support team. The dispute resolution steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Contact our support team via live chat or email and provide details of your issue.
• Step 2: The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Complex matters will be escalated to GA444's compliance department, with a final decision issued within 7 business days.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with GA444's decision, you may appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

All dispute communications may be conducted in English or Bengali. GA444's decision shall be considered final and binding.

11 Changes to Terms

GA444 reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any changes will be clearly indicated at the top of the page.

For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance via email or push notification. Continued use of the platform after the changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
